1. What data we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address and the post you are preparing for, provided when you create an account.
• Booking information — the mentor, date and time of sessions you book, and related scheduling details.
• Usage and mock-test results — your scores, attempts, weak-spot analytics and how you interact with the Service, so we can show your progress and improve the product.

2. How we use your data

We use the data above to:

• provide, personalise and improve the Service;
• schedule and manage your mentorship sessions and practice tests;
• show your progress, analytics and study recommendations;
• communicate with you about your account, bookings and important updates;
• keep the Service secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We use it only for the purposes described here.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, and share only the data needed for each to do its job:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and application data.
• Razorpay — processing payments for paid plans and mentorship sessions. Your full card and banking details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms, which we encourage you to review.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Some information, such as your in-progress mock-test answers, may be stored in your browser’s local storage so you do not lose your work. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may reset unsaved progress.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children’s data

The Service is intended for adult aspirants and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
